This is an excellent base for exploring the attractions of Snowdonia and the rest of North Wales including the National Trust properties at Bodnant Garden, Powis Castle and Chirk Castle. Other attractions include the castles at Conwy and Caernarfon,and the steam railways of the Llangollen Railway, Bala Lake Railway and the Snowdon Mountain Railway. The annual International Eisteddfod which attracts many internationally renowned performers is held in nearby Llangollen.

How to Find Us
Palé Hall is approached by the A494 from Chester, or the A5 from the Midlands or Holyhead. From the A5 take the B4401 through Cynwyd and Llandrillo, turn left onto the B4402, and Palé is situated on the right hand side. For those arriving by heilcopter the hotel is located at N5254.88
