POSITION: Restaurant Manager
THE ROLE: We’re looking for a talented and charismatic Restaurant Manager to inspire and motivate our passionate team with style and a great sense of humour. Working alongside our award winning Sommelier, you’ll manage our 60-seat fine dining restaurant and oversee our other food and beverage offerings in the lounges and private dining.

At least one year’s experience in restaurant management is required, and a sound understanding of revenue optimisation and achieving departmental objectives. You’ll have great communication skills, confidence in engaging naturally with our guests, and a passion for developing your team. Creative and forward thinking, you’ll have lots of ideas and play a prominent role in the operation.

Open to non-residents, Palé Hall offers a range of dining experiences including our signature Tasting Menu, full a la carte, light bites and traditional afternoon tea. You’ll have charm and terrific personality, and the commitment to delivering the high standards and attention to detail that has taken Pale Hall so far in such a short time.

POSITION: Chef de Rang
THE ROLE: We’re looking for a talented and charismatic Chef de Rang to complement our passionate team with style and a great sense of humour. Working with our Restaurant Manager and award-winning Sommelier, you’ll play an important role within our 60-seat fine dining restaurant and our other food and beverage offerings in the lounges and private dining.

At least one year’s experience in a quality restaurant is required, together with a sound understanding of food and beverage service techniques and achieving departmental objectives. You’ll have great communication skills, confidence in engaging naturally with our guests, and plenty of enthusiasm and team spirit. Creative and forward thinking, you’ll have lots of ideas and play a prominent part in the operation.
