Henry Robertson
Where the Land Meets the Table
Named after the Victorian industrialist who built Palé Hall in 1871, the Henry Robertson Dining Room is where the estate's story meets the season on the plate. Under the direction of Luke Selby and his team, each service is shaped by what the Welsh landscape offers - ingredients sourced with care, handled with precision and allowed to speak for themselves.
The room itself sets the tone. Ornate ceilings, period features and views across the gardens create an atmosphere that is grand without being stiff - a space where exceptional food feels entirely at home. This is fine dining rooted in place, guided by discipline and delivered with quiet confidence.
