Palé Hall is delighted to announce its partnership with acclaimed chef Luke Selby. The collaboration marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our five-star, Relais & Châteaux property on the edge of Snowdonia.
In his new role, Luke will lead the creative direction of our entire food and beverage offering, from the fine-dining restaurant and the informal all-day dining spaces to events, breakfast, and seasonal shoot hospitality. He will also oversee The Bryntirion Inn, the 300-year-old pub on the Palé Hall estate, ensuring every part of the guest experience reflects the same spirit of excellence.
Luke brings over fifteen years of experience from some of the world's most celebrated kitchens, including Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Evelyn's Table, and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Joining him at Palé Hall will be his brothers, Nathaniel and Theodore Selby, with whom he earned a Michelin star at Evelyn's Table in London.
