Christmas Eve
Wednesday 24 December
The house is yours from three o'clock. Check in, settle in, and find your way to the main hall room where carols are sun by the fireside. Champagne, warm mince pies. No agenda, no rush.
When dinner is ready, Luke Selby and the team have six courses waiting - produce from our kitchen garden, the best of the Dee Valley, and a menu that has been months in the making. End the evening by the fire, or journey to midnight mass and ring in Christmas Day with tradition.
Christmas Day
Thursday 25th December
Wake up to Champagne breakfast - served in the Henry Robertson Dining Room or quietly in your own room, whichever suits the morning. Christmas lunch is four courses at the heart of the afternoon: unhurried, generous, and exactly as it should be. What comes after is yours. A walk through the gardens while the light holds. A quiet game in one of the lounges. Time in the wellness suite. Your evening is your own too - the buffet is open, informal, and there when you want it.
Boxing Day
Friday 26th December
The morning asks nothing of you. A light lunch to start the day, then the estate is yours - wrap up and head out, wander down to The Bryntirion Inn for a pint or two by the fire, or find a quiet corner of the grounds and take your time with it. Clay pigeon shooting is available for those who want something more structured. When you are ready, the Henry Robertson Dining Room is set for four courses - quieter than Christmas Day, and all the better for it.

On Christmas Eve, Luke Selby and the team serve six courses in the Henry Robertson Dining Room at £185 per person. Christmas Day lunch is £250 per person.
On Boxing Day, a four-course dinner is £145 per person. Menus are available to view below.
Booking is essential as covers are limited on all three days.
